Wanelo - Shopping & Fashion App Reviews

I purchased two pairs of Addias sneakers and they were blatantly FAKE! Shipping takes foooorevvver!!! Im talking several weeks. I ordered a pair of Nike sneakers on November 28th today is Jan. 26 and I still have not received them. Customer service is very good though. I wont be ordering again.

I shouldnt even give it one star but anyways I made my purchase already and it got cancelled and said I would receive a refund in 10 business days made me so mad.

Customer ordered some merchandise from my store. Wanelo said they canceled the order due to a "fraud alert" without warning or notice after the item had been shipped and was unable to be canceled... Wanelo said theyd provide the customers email to me so I could request that they reorder the shoes but stopped responding altogether... Long story short the customer may have received a free pair of 70 dollar shoes because Wanelo may or may not have decided to keep the money for themselves and I never got paid... Again with Wanelo I had 4 orders from this app still waiting on payment almost a month later. Im reporting them to Shopify...

Most products are not as quality as they may seem. Ordered a couple things that Ive never received and cant get money back since I dont have items to return back(the items that I have not received in the first place). Most products you will find on this site are fake. Horrible app.

You can definitely trust this app. It shows reviews and pictures of people who had bought the product before you buy it. I love it !

Please get rid of the ugly teal tab at the top of the products page.

Rip off. Flooded with cheap knock offs. Mailing is slow because its usually from China. One time they sent me the wrong shirt and another time they refused to refund me when something wasnt sent. They never notified me it wasnt processed or mailed. Use Poshmark instead, its a better service and they automatically refund u if anything isnt processed in seven days.

I love wanelo its so addicting when I have free time I go on wanelo! I love everything in it, I wish I could buy the things on there but its either too expensive or Im not allowed.

You must have the app to find trendy cool products! I love to check the iphone cases from Society6 ! So cool!
