Wanelo Ripped Me Off
Customer ordered some merchandise from my store. Wanelo said they canceled the order due to a "fraud alert" without warning or notice after the item had been shipped and was unable to be canceled... Wanelo said theyd provide the customers email to me so I could request that they reorder the shoes but stopped responding altogether... Long story short the customer may have received a free pair of 70 dollar shoes because Wanelo may or may not have decided to keep the money for themselves and I never got paid... Again with Wanelo I had 4 orders from this app still waiting on payment almost a month later. Im reporting them to Shopify...
