Wanelo - Shopping & Fashion App Reviews

You guys are losing customers by not shipping to Canada. I would have spent $100s of money with this site but because they dont ship to Canada. I cant buy any of their products. Simply pairing with a shipping company that ships to Canada for a low shipping cost wouldnt be much. USPS ships to Canada.

I love this app and have so much I want to order but it doesnt ship to Canada!! Please ship to Canada so you can take all my money!!!

I go on this app everyday! Its a great way to build your dream closet and organize your style. If you are planning to buy something, always look at the reviews if there are any and watch out for shipping prices! The Wanelo Model Program is amazing and being able to post looks is my favorite part♥

ive used this app for a very long time; ive never actually bought anything from the app. Ive heard that the shipping is incredibly long... the biggest flaw i can see so far is that there is no plus size section, and when i search it, it shows miscellaneous things and the SKINNIEST women. its annoying.

Ordered pair of shoes on November 23rd 2016 and they never came, kept getting the same email over and over saying it was shipped out, honestly Im never using this app again and would not recommended it, horrible service from the seller and the app itself. I never even got a refund for my order.

Wanelo isnt a horrible app, but its for sure on the verge of being. First of all on the app right now they have many things that are on sale but when you go to order it the price automatically jumps which is frustrating when something is on sale you think you can afford but when you go to order its something way different. Second the shipping on there is ridiculous! I ordered a new palette and the taxes was close to $10 which is crazy. Finally I think their is some false advertising to get customers to click on the product but once ordered the price goes from something as simple as 50 cents to $9.85 which is frustrating. I hope you fix the problem or start showing the real true price instead of a fabricated one to lure in customers.

You can find some cool things and cute clothes.

First of all this app has been crashing for a total of 5 months its unusable. The creators of this app are unprofessional and clearly dont care about effort or app performance. After trying to access this app for most of the year. I simply realized this was not a "crashing app" issue at all. The creators are simply being very straightforward so that feeling of "we dont care." Can really come through to users and negligence can truly be felt. Great job people. You nailed it.

Shipping is way to expensive and customer service is horrendous. Really disappointed with this app. Contemplating just deleting and forgetting. Customer service is what really ruined it for me.

You can find anything and any store on there. Its the best thing ever

I got some pretty great deals. I got a "Nike" jacket for $26 (including shipping.) Everything on this sight is not authentic. Theres some knock offs and games you couldnt find anywhere else, and thats great! But shipping is the WORST and thats why I took away one star. Theres no shopping cart, you have to buy everything separately. The jacket was $16, $10 for shipping!! And it took 4 weeks almost! Overall, theres some great stuff.

Im usually very cautious when online shopping but I have complete trust in Wanelo, although shipping time is quite long the products always show up and the app recommends what to buy by seeing what I have purchased or saved in the past

I like being able to shop various products from various merchants on one site.

Ive been using Wanelo for a few years now. I love the app because you can see reviews about certain products through photos or comments. I have a few suggestions however, I think the "Reviews" section should have different options on how you can view all the products and their reviews. I dont like the way you have to scroll through every single review and when you exit if you want to go back and look again later that night you have to scroll through all the products again. There should be a grid view option.

I downloaded this app when it first came out and it was awesome! I discovered so many new shops that I loved and bought so many cool pieces! Then Wanelo started to add "fulfilled by Wanelo" stores and everything changed. All of these stores offer too good to be true prices with stolen photos. They are all out of China and send you piece of clothing that take forever to arrive and look nothing like the photo. Wanelo also added "Wanelo models" who are basically girls who get free clothes by writing good reviews for these companies. Its still possible to find cool and unique pieces on Wanelo but NEVER purchase anything from a company that is "fulfilled by Wanelo" because youre going to get ripped off. If you see something beautiful and look at the price and think its too good to be true than it probably is.

I love this app. I always buy my stuff from it!!!!!!!
