Wanelo - Shopping & Fashion App Reviews

This app only shows that are normally available on the new clothing websites based in China that have been popping up recently. Most people rating this app have not purchased for these stores yet so please read!! They are all owned by the same company! I online shop a lot and do a lot of research on clothing along with my friends. Every single time one of us had tried one of these websites the quality is absolutely awful; not even wearable 95% of the time. The prices are tempting, but clothing will not look like the pic and will most likely not even look like the pics in the reviews. Online reviews will be very mixed because they pay people to leave very realistic reviews, then there are the ones that are actually real that will always say their experience was awful. They also target online bloggers that receive incentives and higher quality stuff that they show in videos. Anyone can review in the app, but it is not used that much and I would not be surprised if they deleted bad reviews with in the app. But the clothing is very cheap compared to other stores and you will receive the order in about a month.

Need to bring back stories!!!! I loved to put to together outfits to later buy. Honestly am not into the app at all anymore.

Its hard to know what you are going to get sometimes you get nice things that look great on you and sometimes you get really bad quality things that look nothing like the pictures.

I really enjoy this app. It can show when products you saved have gone on sale, which I check on a daily basis. It also recommends products based on the ones I saved. I think everyone should try it out, even males.

safe and easy online shopping overall. I like the review feature in the app especially to see whether or not a store has good quality clothing or is a scam. I got my prom dress through wanelo and several other items as well that I have been happy with.

Its really a nice app havent bought from it yet but plan to if gives me good ideas for outfits

Customer support is great, I havent been unhappy with any of my orders thus far. BUT whenever I leave reviews theyll get deleted and Im not really sure why.

Every time I order something from this app they always just take my money and it never get the item I paid for. Its ridiculous and its happened three times already. Ive tried to give it a chance and see it maybe the companies are different but they are all the same.. The clothes are cute but you never actually get what you paid for. Im really disappointed.

I dont know why they let such horribly cheap products on here. Everything I have ever ordered has always came in the wrong size. Most of the time a large when I ordered a small. So it wasnt even possible to wear. This would be a much better site if it were realistic products people could actually enjoy when they get. But its honestly horrible. I just get on it to get ideas of things I may like from much better places.

Whether you want to browse or buy, finding cheap and beautiful high quality products is the only thing here! You wont be disappointed in any way, and purchasing is easy. Have fun!!!

I love the Wanelo app. I strictly look at clothes from stores I shop at because Wanelo has a lot of stores that are scams. I wish there was a button where we could report fake accounts so then customers wont waste their money and time

Wanelo is an amazing "wish list app." It allows you to link any good sold on the web to this app and then lets you organize those goods in different wishlists. My family loves this app because it makes birthday and holiday shopping so much easier. In addition, since so many people use this app, there are already thousands of items saved in the Wanelo database; all you have to do is search a keyword and there you have it! The biggest problem with this app is the multitude of fake "boutiques" that are endorsed by Wanelo. These boutiques steal pictures from other clothing retailers or off social media platforms and "sell" the clothing in those images, claiming to make better, cheaper equivalents. Unfortunately, it is a total lie. In almost every case the item they advertise is poorly made, looks absolutely nothing like the photo, arrives more than a month after ordering, or simply never arrives and you never get your money back. These "authentic" boutiques should be disbanded from Wanelo, not endorsed. They are feeding off of peoples desire for cheap and fashionable clothing; these boutiques are taking advantage of their customers. Not only that, but Wanelos "Magic" tab (that is supposed to suggest similar items to the ones youve saved) is almost ALWAYS full of these phony retailers. The extent to which Wanelo is inherently "blind" to these "businesses" astounds me and, in my eyes, makes me seriously question the intentions of the people who run the Wanelo app. Overall, I would honestly recommend this app. I use it (almost) religiously and it is an incredible and easy way to save all of your material wants. But, I would warn against phony sellers that advertise "too good to be true" deals. Stay away from those.

This app is literally a better Pinterest , you can purchase everything you see and make your own saves from various websites . Im so addicted this app is dangerous

I heard people say this is a scam, as they ordered products and they never arrived. Here is the thing. When you order, you are not ordering from Wanelo. When you click to see or buy the product, it takes you to the site where the product originated from. So be careful of the site you are taken to. I began posting products to my profile from sites I use and Trust (ie Society6, Zazzle, Fine Art America / Pixels). think of Wanelo as a giant shopping mall, with many stores. If one store did you wrong, you just wouldnt go back to that store - but you would still shop the others in that mall. Hope to see you all visiting my profile there @shervieux

Really easy to find cute things to buy without having to switch between websites.

I love this app so much its a really great shopping app and I love to scroll and save cute clothes or home accessories or makeup there is everything on here! Be aware some of the stores have scams so always make sure to look at the reviews of the individual stores in the app! But if youre shopping from chain stores you shouldnt have any problems.

This is a fun and useful app. However, it would be really nice if there was a "history" page on items most recently looked at, because I sometimes lose my spot. Other times, I am sorting through items Ive saved and notice an item that repeats itself on the page. I started out just deleting one and carrying on my way, but it turns out that when refreshed, the item is entirely deleted and I can never find it again. This isnt a huge issue, but it has led to much frustration...so I figure its an easy fix on your part. Also, it would be nice if there was a "report" button or something similar because when checking reviews, I have noticed certain profiles being total creeps and wreaking havoc on all the ones with photos, i.e. "show us the jugs!" I looked to see if I could do anything about it, but nope. Lastly, though I may just be a bit ignorant on this, as soon as items are "sold" they seem to stay that way. A lot of the older items saved that I havent gotten around to buying (and Ive only had the app for a year) are almost always "sold," and when I click on the website link, theres almost always a "404 error," even when the item isnt sold out. This confuses me a little, so is there anything that can be done about it? Update: I did some research for that last part. According to suggestions its best just to use Mr. Google and the companys official website for an item and search through that, or else go to the nearest store owned by the company and ask about it. Sometimes online clothing is restocked, but its less dependable than physical stores.
